Sliding Systems at the forefront of vehicle solutions

Our UK Sales Manager, Colleen, is still buzzing from the atmosphere at the Commercial Vehicle Show.

Please read her full debrief : It was a fantastic show and it was good to see so many old faces as well as meeting new prospective customers. We have been established in the UK since 1988, with a large investment in 2012 providing the funding to expand our manufacturing processes and product groups. Our Group activities now extend to supplying directly to over 65 countries, the widest range of telescopic slides available anywhere. In 2017 returned to the UK’s most important vehicle show with the extended full range to suit vehicle fitters as well as large OEM’s.

We have significantly increased our stock holding, focussing on both quality and price downs, and are able to despatch on a next day service. If you would like to discuss your requirements with me please drop me a line colleen@slidingsystems.us and I will be pleased to assist you.

What does the future hold for the UK vehicle market? Colleen: The vehicle market is one of the most exciting market segments in our industry as it is constantly changing and evolving. Historically we have been at the forefront of innovative design, which led to the Lord Staffordshire award in 2006. Implementing our slide and tilt drawer system allows access to contents of drawers at height. Now we are back with an even more comprehensive range to include tool mounts and a wider choice of locking handle options. From the reception we received last week at CVS, it was like we had never been away.

My days are never the same, you might remember the George Clarke amazing spaces  where I advised the customer on his project LINK, the next phone call could be a farrier looking for a slide out drawer. Then I might receive an e-mail to request assistance with a special vehicle application. To sum up- my days are never dull!
